Established in 1994 by its current owner/operator, Roger Windelbourne, Windy Meat Processing was born as a small butchery business to supply people in Kaitaia and surrounding areas, always emphasising great quality at the right price. Nowadays, after 15 years of providing the finest quality meat and small goods products to restaurants, clubs and other businesses, Windy has become a well-known name, with customers around the whole of Northland and greater Auckland region.

Apart from the experienced and friendly staff, at Windy's you will find an impressive range of fresh meat - from Prime Beef to Game Meat or Poultry, including our special Bacon and Salami, cured with our own old fashioned, traditional recipe and made with passion and dedication.

Windy Meat Processing Food Company has a full Food Licence with the New Zealand Food Safety Authority and operates under the HACCP Food Safety Programme, which is New Zealand's highest food hygiene certification.
